Upgrading to premium from legacy plan

I want to change my son’s freedom pop account that currently has a Legacy Sim to a Premium plan? How can I get a new SIM card and switch his account over? He only has a few days until his account will auto renew for 6 months of the legacy plan so I need to make the change immediately.
