I have been charged $20 top ups three times over the last several days. I have been issued two refunds already, but have been charged yet again, even though I had over $1 of active credit. I was charged once for having inactive credit, charged again for hitting the $2.00 threshold, and now charged a third time when under the $2.00 threshold. I am cancelling this plan prior to the end of my current billing cycle in four days. I need the latest $20 top up refunded to my card on file. With no additional top ups charged as long as my active credit doesn't hit zero, which has been the case as long as I've used this service. Up until this latest charge.
