Top-up credit Transfer or Refund

I have 'legacy' 100% free plan (3-in-1 SIM) now. Does it cost anything to get a Freemium plan SIM card (for upgrading)? If so, how much? Is my current Top-up credits going to transfer to a Freemium plan? If not, can you refund my current Top-up credits?

We have discontinued the Free Plan offered through our standard (VoIP) SIM cards. As you have expressed, we will continue to offer a free plan through our Premium service.
