Unauthorized Charges
CompletedI haven't used the account for years and assumed both were inactive. I just noticed my credit card was charged just over $4 for the past 4 months from Freedom Pop; for two different accounts, for a total of over $32
I would like to request a refund and shut down the accounts. Please let me know how to proceed.
