Please cancel my account and refund me my unauthorized charges

I haven't used the service for several years and the device had gone dormant due to non-usage too. But I found my credit card was just charged $20.03 by freedompop.

Can you please refund me and cancel my account to avoid any further charge?

  Actually the credit card was charged twice with the same amount. So the total to be refunded should be $40
