Can you please refund me and cancel my account to avoid any further charge?
CompletedI haven't used the service for several years and the device had gone dormant due to non-usage too. I checked my bank statement recently and I found my credit card was charged $8/mth by freedompop, and this is lasting for 3mths till now. I would like to ask for cancel the line and refund the service fee you charged from my bank account.
