activate phone

my account is active now, a phone XXX-XXX-XX13
On the cell phone I see 'activate' ... when I try to login with my id/pw i am not able to login.
In legacy page, I see the login works and I see 'yellow color text status' and a 'truck yellow' at the top.
Don't know much.
Can you activate this phone to use.
