I'm trying to port out my number, to Red Pocket, but the account number or pin provided on the port out info page are incorrect, according to Red Pocket customer service reps. I tried setting a new pin and giving it to Red Pocket, but it still didn't work. Help?

The phone number I'm trying to port out is XXX-XXX-2755.
