Hello

My package is Essential LTE 350MB Semi-Annual（US$3.33MONTHLY）
However, it has been used for two months to use these resources recently. I still haven't updated the package for me today.
I saw that I had to pay $27.47 for the next paid cycle ( 12/11/22 every half a year), and it has been $19.99 before. What is the reason?
