Reverse the charge and close the account
CompletedI haven't used the account for years and the phone number is already gone. I just noticed my credit card was charged $3.99 on 06/27/2022 from Freedom Pop! I never authorize these payments or accepted these billing amount. I would like to request a full refund to my credit card. Furthermore, I want to close my account permanently and please do what ever you need to NOT BILL ME ANYMORE! Thank you!
