Account suspended due to billing issueCompleted
My sim card with phone number ending in 6918 lost connectivity with the "Account suspended due to billing issue" message. I've checked that the annual charge went through to my Paypal account on yesterday 7/24. I went through the "update" payment steps and now there's also a $0.01 pre-authorization showing on my Paypal account. But the service has not been restored.
Can you please check my account to see if I need to update anything else?
