Can send texts, but not receive texts

Hello, I reside in the United States. Ever since I took a trip to Canada, where my phone plan doesn't work at all, it has been messed up since returning to the US.
I can send texts to other people, and they can see them.
But if others send me a text, I cannot see it on my phone at all, though it does show as sent on their end, and subtracts from my text balance.
Restarting my phone does not fix this. I request a support ticket so I can provide whatever info needed to get this issue resolved. Thank you.
