CompletedI made 5 calls (on a free voice plan) and used more than 5Mb (on the free broadband plan) - both before the end of the billing cycle. Why am I being charged monthly maintenance fees?

Forgot to mention that the app seems to register fine with FP (shows ok notification and phone number). Also when incoming calls go to voicemail (which i'm not paying for) I still get notifications...
