I can't help you. You need to wait for admin to reach out to you.... I have a similar problem too. I have been trying to get admin's attention for 1 week now without any success.

Multiple $0.01 charges
CompletedI have the a problem of multiple $0.01 charges. Can you please help? I use my phone data at least 5MB every billing cycle, but got charged $0.01 twice this billing cycle.
