Cannot remove Global Plus 300 under My Plans and Service
CompletedHI I deactivated the Global Plus 300 under My Plans and Service and it says "Your account has been successfully downgraded." However I still see that plan active. How do I remove it?

Unable to receive calls (goes straight to voicemail)
