Hello, I am trying to transfer my usual FreedomPop number ending in 1404 from my old SIM/service to the new service on the free SIM card you sent me in the mail.
But I recently got an email from Red Pocket Mobile stating:
"Your Old Service Provider denied our request with the following error:
ERROR: Phone number not active.
Please contact your Old Service Provider to obtain information. Then, please communicate this to Red Pocket Mobile Customer Service by responding to this email or via Live Chat from https://www.redpocket.com so that we can update and then resubmit your port-in request."
My old SIM/service no longer works, and there is a popup asking me to activate it.
Maybe that would solve this, but I want to check and make sure of what I need to do to get my correct phone number on the new service.
