monthly payment got charged but Account still got suspended

My Account kept saying get suspended due to billing issue, but I have the correct payment method. I just got charged in my PayPal account for the monthly roll over data service ( see attached paypal Transaction), however, my data didn't got roll over, and my account is suspended. I have tried to update the payment method, but still the same message saying: "Alert: Account suspended due to billing issue. Click here to update your credit card or change payment method. " Attached please find the pdf files for my payment charge but Account got suspended. Please help to solve this issue. Thank you very much!
