Port Out pin

Dear Sir or Madam,

It's been a couple of weeks since we started the porting to Ting, but FreedomPop still has not released the number xxx-xxx-2163.   First we tried XXXX which is listed under FreedomPop Setting>Port Out Info, but FreedomPop denied the porting out stating the pin is incorrect.  Then we tried XXXX, and FreedomPop still states the pin is incorrect.  Would you please tell us what is the correct pin to avoid even longer delay?
