Hello, I see a $20 taken again from my credit card again. I request to refund the $16 from prior transaction. I see it is credited. Now again you folks took $20 immediately. I don't know this charge. Please refund the amount.

Please keep my phone# in essential-plan only starting may-1st. 

The contact-person told me, there is no specific action I should take to enroll in this plan.
