Unlocking my FreedomPop iPhone that was moved to Ting

Hello,

I had one of the FreedomPop phones that got moved to Ting. I did not like Ting's plan so I cancelled my account with them. I am looking at joining Red Pocket but my phone is locked to a Sprint carrier and it can't new sim cards.

Can FreedomPop unlock my old phone?
