Service inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue

My service has been inactive. When I log into my account, it says service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue, please contact support. Can somebody please help and activate my service. Thank you.

Our records indicate line XXX-XXX-4190 was temporarily suspended on 10-12-2019 as your data limit was exceeded by 65 MB. Since there is a credit balance available on your account, it was automatically reactivated the next day, on 10-13-2019.
We're able to confirm your account is now active and in good standing. Once your billing cycle renews on 10-25-2019, your allotted voice minutes, text messages and data, will be credited back to the account.

I have the same problem as this person. I tried submitting a request ticket through here and they were closed as SOLVED immediately. With links telling me to go fix my problem on my own through the freedom pop user portal. This is obviously not a problem that I can solve myself.Can someone assist with this and not just close my tickets? Ticket ID #7438 & #7456

Same issue for me ID# 9258 - My number is ###-###-4506 . I purchased a 12 month sim kit a month ago and I am am unable to use my plan. I am receiving the message: "Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service. " . I click here and I get a page that says : "oops . The page you were looking for doesn't exist " . Please fix the issue. I paid for 12 months of service. Please tell me this is not going to be a monthly issue .

I have the same msg since two weeks now. I raised a ticket but it has not been resolved and not sure where do I go from here. It says, service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue, please contact support. So I did contact for the support, and then? Where is the solution?

It looks as if your accounts are now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything synchronizing accordingly.
