I brought this up a few weeks ago, and was told it was being looked into, and then it seems your forums were restarted with a totally different format, and the old messages were lost. Not only that, but the account I used for that discussion has been terminated. The e-mail address I used to log in to resubmit this complaint is only one of six accounts that had remaining credits at the time of the migration to Ting, and the total amount of the credits on all devices on all accounts is $119.62. Do I need to give you the details again (all of the e-mail addresses effected, all of the devices, and the amounts of the credits)?
