    Have you setup the APN yet ?  Without it there is NO Mobile Data active.  Here is how to do that on an iPhone. https://support.freedompop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026010513-APN-Configuration-Steps-LTE-SIM-Card

    Once done, restart the iPhone just to be sure it's good.  Then turn OFF WiFi and turn ON Mobile Data.  Then open Safari and try searching the internet for something.  Get links that work, you have working Mobile Data !   Otherwise you see errors like this "no network connections found".  Need more work getting the APN to work for you.

    With mobile data working, try the App using Mobile Data for ONE call and ONE text.  Then you can change the WiFi and Mobile Data settings to what you want most of the time.

    I am encountering the same issue. FP Messaging/calling app works but not data in safari and any other app. What do I do?

    Hi Edward King,

    See this link on how to make an APN for your iPhone in the second half.  https://support.freedompop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026010513-APN-Configuration-Steps-LTE-SIM-Card

    Then using Safari for browser test....  Browser test: [important do NOT skip]
    Turn OFF WiFi and turn ON mobile data. Internet should be working at this point. Can prove it by Googling in browser. Get any search results, you have internet via mobile data ! Get an error ? Report the error back in reply to support for more assistance.
    Reboot your phone if still unable to connect to data. Retest above.
    Working ?... Now turn OFF mobile data and ON for WiFi to save valuable mobile data for another day. Then report results - success or exact error message you got.

    Now you should be able to make calls & texts from the App when on WiFi AND when away using Mobile Data.
