Problem with my number

I need some help. I currently have a phone number with Freedompop but I used to have two. The second one got transferred to Ting and then recently I transferred it over to Google Voice. While on Ting and now on Google Voice some of phone calls get to my cell phone the rest don't make it, my friends getting a message that got disconnected which is not true. I was advised to talked to you, so if I give you the number could you please look to see if is anything that wasn't transferred or removed from the old account that i had with Freedompop properly?

Upon reviewing account associated with phone number ending in 3709, we're able to see your device was affected by the migration to Ting. Due to this, your device will no longer work with FreedomPop.
FreedomPop has undergone some changes in ownership and are here to stay for the foreseeable future. We're able to confirm the previous owners of FreedomPop and UNREAL Mobile have agreed to transfer their Sprint partnership and users to Ting.
Be advised since your device is no longer active with FreedomPop, it'll be necessary you contact your current carrier (Google Voice) and verify with them directly your incoming calls issue.

Could you please investigate further?
If I called the number ending in 3709 from XXX-XXX-8485 (which a freedompop number) it says "The number you have dialed has been disconnected" (which again is not true. it's an active number)
If I call XXX-XXX-8485 (which again it's a freedompop number in a very good standing) from the phone ending in 3709 it says: "You account is currently suspended. Please update you billing information at freedompop.com)
You can check for yourself calling from a freedompop number.
