I bought the SIM and put it in an iPhone; my former FP account number got lost in the Ting swap. But my account still shows the Galaxy S4 that I used with the old number. Does it matter?

  Upon reviewing the account associated with your profile, we're only able to see your new SIM card account.

  Please note, if you had a CDMA account that was affected by the migration to Ting and it still shows in your account, it shouldn't affect your service in any way. 

  We've created a private message as we'll need to gather and provide, private account information.
