I have now seen 4 $20 test charges hit my account from you guys and still it says my account is inactive and i have no use of my phone service. I have tried contacting through twitter and only got 1 response and nothing since in the last 3 days. I use my phone for work and this is making me lose money now. your customer service really sucks
