I started the freedompop on 7/25/19. I was charged $20 for the credit in account on 8/4/19. On 8/11/19 I was charged $10.98 monthly charges, That charge is directly from my credit card. After that I downgraded all my plans to the free plan and my billing is 0.00 but I was charged $20 on 10/07/19 for credit refill. And my top-up credit remaining is 18.91, so can anyone tell me where is my money ?
