    Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to assist you with your current concern. Our records indicate, there was a Global SIM card active on the account associated with your profile. 

    After continued performance issues with our carrier partner, Global SIM cards were replaced by our LTE SIM cards which provide faster speeds and larger coverage. Should you wish to continue using the service, we'd strongly suggest you upgrade to the LTE SIM card from your online account by following the instructions provided on this link.

    "Our Global SIM is being discontinued due to performance issues. Please click here to switch to our improved LTE network."

     

    The link doesn't work. Been trying for months. This is for a specific number in my account.
