I bought a pre activated Sim card for the free plan. We have followed the setup instructions, including setting up the APN and installing the app. However, any time I use the phone or the new messaging app, I get a popup prompting me to activate the phone. It takes me to the activation web page, I follow the instructions and it tells me that it is already activated. I then try again. I'm prompted to activate, and the cycle continues indefinitely. How do I fix this?
