My phone XXX-XXX-5859 has less than one day left before my billing cycle starts again, I have used 611.67MB of 597.40MB or 102%, will this reset tomorrow?

If you have more than about $3 in overage credits then answer is yes. Your credits should decrease by 2.5c x 14.27 MB or about 35.5c decrease. If the balance fell below $2 then there is likely another top-up charged, $20. If anything doesn't go as expected then there is a billing error and the account suspends until things fixed and the billing info re-entered again to get it to retry the billing again.
