CompletadaI have prepaid plan (1GB/month annual plan) and from yesterday I get this error while in app or on website when logged in. I tried to resync the app (updated to the latest versioin)...no use.

I am experiencing a similar issue. I have the AT&T annual plan with unilimited minutes, text, and 1GB of data. There are three months left on the plan. The new month of service appears to have begun today or yesterday. My plan (number ending in 2104) was scheduled to refresh today but is showing neither data, text, nor messages available. The other phone I have on the same plan shows unlimited texts and minutes. Please advise

Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks as if your account is now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything synchronizing accordingly.
