    Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to assist you with your current concern. FreedomPop LTE SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked devices. Our Talk, Text, and Data SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked smartphones running on Android 4.1 or + / iOS 8.2 or +. For GSM unlocked hotspot devices, you will need to use a data-only SIM card. 

    We've checked the account associated with your profile and noticed there's a Talk, Text, and Data SIM active. Please note that if your hotspot is GSM unlocked, we're unable to guarantee a Talk, Text, and Data SIM card will work on it, as this type of SIM cards are used on smartphones. 

    By the way, as a friendly reminder, we noticed you acquired a 30-day free trial for the  LTE 2GB Unlimited Quarterly plan and value-added service Phone Premier Quarterly, upon signup. Please keep in mind that should your account remain active with paid services by the end of your trial, the renewal charge will be automatically processed.     Hello, brought the wrong sim card. I thought this one would work with my portable hotspot. Can I just return the one I brought, which I have not received yet, and buy the right one? Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for your reply, Anita. After escalating your case to our technical support team, we've been informed you should be able to use your Talk, Text, and Data SIM with your hotspot as long as your device is GSM unlocked and as long as you're able to configure the APN settings. 

    If you're able to successfully configure the APN settings but experience issues with the service, please let us know and we'll be glad to assist you. 

    We noticed you mentioned you have yet to receive your SIM card. Our records indicate your SIM card order shipped on 10-20-2019. If standard shipping was selected, it may take from 5-7 business days for it to be delivered, after it has shipped. Our suggestion would be to wait by 10-29-19 to receive your SIM. If you still haven't received your order by 10-29-19, please be sure to contact us back so we can provide further resolution.

    Hi Anita,

    I can confirm two of my Voice, Text, Data SIMs do play well in my Netgear Unite.

    One thing to do early is to try and edit the APN so it's value is =fp.com.attz and save it. If successful, then for sure your 315S is unlocked.  When the SIM arrives it may only need to be inserted and used.
