    I'm in the same boat I have my bill paid and billing correct now to see another with my same issue I would say they have been told not to address us as it will do no good as the issue is larger than the individual.

    Hi i am having the same issue with my phone waited nearly 2 days hoping it would work its self out. Number ending xxx-xxx-1701 I have the annual plan with premier service and it doesn't end until the end of November

    Same with me.  Need assistance.  This started last night.

    The message says to contact customer support, but when I click on the Contact link, my browser opens to a FreedomPop page that says:

    oops

    The page you were looking for doesn't exist

    I am having the same error message as well. I submitted a ticket, but it just seemed to bounce back to my email. It had the same subject line as my ticket message, but then it was followed by the word "Closed." So, I'm not even sure if my ticket was seen at all. Tried to click on the support link in my account (on the error message), but it just sends me to an, "Oops, this page doesn't exist," message.
