Hello, I want to know if is possible change from Free Plan (Basic 200) to 12 month plans ($9,99/month 12 months prepaid) or it's a offer for new customers only.

  Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the delayed response. Depending on where you signed up, and whether or not you ordered under a promotion, the plans available to you may vary. Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual plans are only available upon signup. 

  Therefore, if you have one of our LTE SIM cards currently active with the Free Monthly Plan, it won't be possible to upgrade to an Annual plan. For an accurate list of phone plans, please visit my.freedompop.com and click the Plans button.

  We also offer service through pre-paid, pre-loaded SIM cards. With a pre-paid SIM card, you basically purchase your talk, text and data plan for a full year (or 3 months) in one upfront cost. Pre-paid plans are only available upon signup when purchasing your SIM card. You may read more about Pre-paid LTE SIM Cards, here.
