Phone number on the same email as this account, ending in 3131

 

I am on an annual Unlimted Talk & Text w/ 5GB data plan. I have 5 months left on the account.

 

The phone will not connect to mobile data network at all.

 

The link for "contact" in the app and on the home page of my account (my.freedompop.com -> message reading "Please Click Here...") goes to a page not found error page.

 

I need this corrected immediately as this is my only mobile communication device.

    Same issue on annual 5gb unlimited text and talk $12.50/month. "..unforseen technical issue." Then contact link leads to page not found. Please Fix this asap!

    Did you get this resolved? I had the same issue, I clicked on the "Submit a request" link (top right of this page), they solved the issue in less than 24 hours.
