    I have the same problem, and the link that says "Please Click here to contact customer service" is a dead link.

    I submitted a ticket, but it got closed immediately.  (I guess they want us to sign up for FreedomPop Premium VIP Service).  So there is no way to contact them.  And only they can reactivate the service

    Worse case, I am just going to cancel this SIM, and get a new one.  (Will lose my Top-up credit though)

    It looks as if your accounts are now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything synchronizing accordingly.

    However, should this not be the case, we've created a support ticket for you please reply there and we will gladly look into the account.
