"account not active"
CompletadaHello. Today is November 1st, I believe it is a new billing cycle. My data has not reset for this month yet. Also, I have not been able to send or receive calls or texts over WiFi for the past day. It says I am out of text balance...but I thought I had unlimited text and calling over WiFi even if I ran out of data? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks as if your accounts are now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your devices to ensure everything synchronizes accordingly.
