    I'm having the same issue.  I have an annual plan so there couldn't be a billing issue.  I submitted a service request but... nothing.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks as if your accounts are now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your devices to ensure everything synchronizes accordingly.

    However, should this not be the case, we've created a support ticket for you, please reply there and we will gladly look into the account.
