I asked refund safety mode service 1day after purchasing it because Freedom pop charged automatically to my credit card for 12months. I asked a refund for rest of months except this month but I heard from one of your customer service men that he cannot give a refund. Why? Also when i turn off safety mode, Freedom Pop charged automatically $20 to my credit card with any agreement for top up feature. I want refund for both of them and also I don't want you guys charge me any fees automatically no more in future. Actually, my plan for 1 year also automatically renewed for another 1 year by charging to my credit card without any notice. I ask for refund for both features and I also want disable automatic charge.
