Please help me port out my #. It's been over a month and Mint Mobile keep getting the request rejected or cancelled with the message that the customer information is incorrect. Need assistance in determining what information is incorrect so that we can correct that. The only information that I think may conflict is that in freedompop's system the phone # has a 1 in front of the phone # while in MintMobile, they cannot enter a 1 in front of the phone #. Please let me know if this is the reason why it is being denied or if there are other areas that are incorrect. If it is just the phone# then please update my record and removed the 1 from the phone number in the system so that the # can be ported out.
