Error "customer you are trying to reach is not allowed from this line"
CompletadaI'm currently in Denton, TX. When I call any US phone number, I now get the message "The customer you are trying to reach is not allowed from this line. Call 611 or 1-800-331-0500 on a landline". I don't recognize that phone number as a FreedomPop support number, so I'm hesitant to call it. Why am I not able to call any phone number?

I'm having a problem very similar to what Michael Ross describes above. I'm using a double-sim phone (Galaxy A10, GSM, unlocked). One of the sims I bought from Freedom Pop, the second is an AT&T sim. 1) I can select the FP sim and make calls using the "Messaging" dialer, but 2) if I try to make a call from the "Messaging" contacts list, I get a recording that says almost exactly what Ross writes above, and gives the same numbers, and which I suspect is from AT&T. 3) Calling using the phone's native contacts list with the FP sim selected, results in the same message. As for 4) receiving calls with the FP sim card selected, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I've made the FP sim the default sim.
So I'm wondering if there's a setting or step that I've missed or if there's another solution to the problem. I have carefully followed FP's step-by-step instructions as explained in documentation and on your site, installed and run your diagnostic app, and can find nothing wrong with my activation, account, etc.

It turns out the phone number 800-331-0500 is for AT&T Mobility Wireless service support. I called them and they are unable to help since I do not have an AT&T Mobility Wireless account and the FreedomPop SIM card is not supported by them.
So I guess my FreedomPop SIM card is now useless, unless someone can suggest or make a fix. Does FreedomPop support see these posts?

I too have spoken to At&t, and I do have an AT&T wireless number, but they did not provide a solution to the problem other than "use the Freedom Pop dialer." The dialer does work for me, but not the FP contacts list. I think the problem is in the way the FP sim cards are programmed, so that in at least some cases calls are routed to At&T Wireless. It's not surprising since it seems that FP uses the AT&T network, but all calls with an FP sim should be routed through FP. In my case, the number is XXX-XXX-XXX
