How do I transfer my current free plan Freedompop number to 12 month sim?

My daughter is using free monthly plan now. I'm planning to buy a new 12 month SIM and transfer her current number to new 12 month sim. I contacted Freedompop more than 5 times but they didn't provide me with solution. Is there any way to do so?

To answer your question, yes, it is possible to transfer a phone number between two FreedomPop accounts. Please note that the phone number on your daughter's existing monthly account has to be active.
It'll be also necessary to activate the new SIM card and assign a temporary phone number to this account. You'd need to contact us in order to transfer your phone number.
