Error message in my account and transfer from Global SIM to LTE

I had two Global SIM cards under my account. I successfully transferred to LTE on one of the two global SIM cards by clicking on the link sent to my email. However, I could not find a way to transfer the remaining global SIM card to LTE. Moreover, I started to seeing the following message when I check on the status of the remaining global SIM:
"Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service. "
When clicked on "Here", I am greeted with the following error message:
"oops
The page you were looking for doesn't exist"
Any help on how to transfer the remaining global SIM card to LTE will be greatly appreciated!
