iPhone 4s, cannot receive calls, doesn't ring, calls out ok, can get voice messages OK too.
RespondidaI couldn't find my phone for a while, but now have it up and running again. Reactivated the phone and that seemed to go fine and I can make calls, but if I'm called, it just rings (for the caller), then goes to voicemail. I tried turning the anonymous call preferences off but no difference so turned it back on.
I've restarted the iPhone 4s, and the freedompop app, no help. But did get an error 500 when restarting the app. Emailed the iosfeedback@freedompop.com as the error suggested.
What else should I check/change/???
Thanks.

Hello Richard Ernst!
Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the delayed response. It is our understanding you're unable to receive calls. We've carefully checked the account associated with your Community profile (phone number XXX-XXX-0606); we're able to confirm your account is active and in good standing. We also confirmed you're running the latest version of the FreedomPop Free Calling, Texting, & SMS app.
Therefore, in an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. Please perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device. Once it is back on, synchronize account data on the app. You may find detailed steps, here.
Should the same problem persists, you may clear and restart the app. Please note that for this step, you will have to remove the application from your phone and then download it again. Text messages saved might get lost upon uninstalling the app. So please make sure to back any information you wish to keep, prior to proceeding. You may find instructions, here.
If none of the steps above seem to help, please let us know and we'll gladly take a look into your account.
