Failure to port out phone number

it seems popular problem with freedomPop. I have been stuck in port out my phone number out of FreedomPop. it should be minus task in most of other provider, they work on my ticket (almost a week. now it stop response to me, and no update to the ticket. 

The leading number "1" at front of phone number might case mismatch with phone number. don't if it is intentionally to do so? anyway, it could be very big problem a phone provide can hold customer's number without release it!!! 

Please address my port out issue asap,

  I am also trying to port out and was unsuccessful. Freedompop opened a ticket 12 days back still no success. I am unable to get incoming calls on freedom pop and it's very irritation. I will wait for few more days before I deactivate my service and lose the number.
