Do I need to return my modem?
RespondidaAnd, if I do, how can I do it? I only see return info for 14-day and warranty concerns. I closed my account because it just didn't pan out, like my usage pattern didn't really fit the plan. I originally got the Netgear Unite Hotspot about a year ago, but see no indication of what the actual policy is with regards to my modem.

Upon reviewing the account associated with your profile, we're able to see you ordered your Netgear Unite Mobile Hotspot on 11-20-2018, your service started on 11-23-2018.
Please be advised, we accept returns for eligible devices within 14 days of the service start date. In this case, those 14 days have passed, so, it won't be possible to return the device.
