Unable to connect to mobile data

I recently purchased an LTE SIM Kit - 3-in-1 - Voice/Data Bundle, but I cannot get it to connect to mobile data. I've followed the steps to create the APN, tried power cycling my phone, but still no connection.
I'm using an iphone5 ios ver 10.3.4.
Phone shows that it is connected to AT&T 4G, but when I tried to open a webpage in Safari, I get a "Could not activate mobile data network. You are not subscribed to a mobile data service" message.
Mobile data and roaming settings are on.
APN was setup for "United States" & "US LTE SIM"
BTW, my freedompop app works perfectly over wifi, but not over mobile data.

In an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. Please perform a soft reset on by simply powering off and on your device. Once your device is back on, synchronize account data on the FreedomPop Free Calling, Texting, & SMS app. You may find detailed steps, here.
Should you continue to experience the same problem, please clear and restart the app by following the steps provided in this article. Please note that for iPhone devices, you will have to remove the application from your phone and then download it again. Text messages saved might get lost upon uninstalling the app. Please be sure to back you any information you'd like to keep before proceeding.
