Please Refund Top-Up Credit
CompletadaAs my CDMA phone is no longer supported by FreedomPop (following the acquisition by Ting Mobile), I would like to request a refund of my unused Top-Up Credit of $38.30 for my LG phone. Please provide instructions on how to initiate my $38.30 refund.

I have this exact same question too. I had two phones on my account, each with an unused Top-up credit of $15, for a total of $30 that was not transferred to Ting Mobile. I would like my $30 refunded.
Please contact me too with instructions on how to refund unused Top-up credit. Or better yet, please post the instructions here on the forum so that others with the same question won't have to ask too.
