I paid Top Up but it doesn't appear in my account
CompletadaWhen I downgraded my GSM sim I was charged $20 top up. I see the charge under billing on 7/30/19, but the top up page says I have $0 of top up. There is nothing showing I have used any of this credit, let alone all of it.
I attempted to put in a support request and it was automatically closed.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We'll be glad to assist you with your current concern. You may use the credit balance on your account towards data that exceeds your plan limit. However, it is necessary that you keep in mind that FreedomPop credit becomes inactive if not used within 30 days.
Upon checking your account, we do see you successfully reactivated your credit balance. For future reference, you may always refer to this support article, where you'll find details steps on how to reactivate the credit balance on your account. You won't incur additional charges upon reactivating credit balance.
