I ordered SIM to see how this works. I haven't opened my SIM package or anything yet but I just got a random charge $70.81. I tried to call. Everything is automated here and there is no customer rep to help you. I tried to cancel my plan to see if my charge goes back. It didn't and my account just got disappeared and the robot in the chat told me that I have to sign up for VIP service to talk to a live rep. My account wasn't working so I selected one of the plans to see if I can go back to talk to someone but it is impossible. I got charged again for a new plan and there was no such VIP service showing up even though I signed up. I have never had this terrible of an experience. I don't even use anything but FreedomPop keep charging my account out of nowhere and there is no one to ask why and what for. I am very actually confused what I am gonna do about this. I don't want any charge anymore. Please if anyone knows how to reach these guys, help me and let me know asap. It is very frustrating.
