Can't make calls or texts with Galaxy S6 without wifi.

Says FreedomPop Setup is Complete each time I restart the device. I'm able to make calls and text when connected to wifi, but when I try to do the same from the Messaging app without wifi it tells me "Network Not Available" and that I have no data connection. I can see 3 bars on my mobile service. I have synced the account from within the Messaging app multiple times with no resolution. Please help!

We've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, refresh the FreedomPop Messaging app by following the instructions provided here.
Also please, after this Set APN by following these steps.
Should you continue to experience connection problems, please clear and restart the app by following the steps provided on this other link.
Once you've done this please let us know if the "Network Not Available" issue persists.
